Founded in 2013, The Independent Creators Expo celebrated independent comics, music, art, digital design, and small press in all forms. Deciding to expand, ICE partnered with Frankly Zoe Productions to produce the ICE Film Festival for their 2014 Expo. In 2023, it changed names to ICE CineFest.

Featuring monthly awards in various submission categories along with an annual in-person exhibition and film screenings the Independent Creators Expo strives to showcase the best of independent creators.
